Additional Fees
All tickets are subject to a facility fee. When purchasing online, there are several additional fees added on based on the location of purchase. Generally, the following may be included: Service Fee/Charge and Order Processing Fee, a Resale Service Fee, a Delivery Price, a Facility Charge, and Taxes.
The only way to avoid service charges and handling fees is by purchasing tickets in person at The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter (facility fee will still apply). Tickets purchased online or by phone are all subject to fees.
Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview events are subject to an additional service charge.
Canceled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. The paid ticket price will be refunded. Fees and charges associated with the ticket purchase may be retained.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until 14 days prior to the performance.
*Policy subject to change.
The Oncenter is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
Children's Tickets
For most events, children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of two (2) will be allowed free entry; however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows most often require a ticket for children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.

Inflated Prices
The Oncenter does not provide tickets to companies such as “StubHub.com” or “Ticketsnow.com.” If tickets are not yet on sale for an event but you see tickets for sale on these sites, please note these sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers do not buy tickets themselves. They provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.
The only authorized ticket sales locations for The Oncenter are:
- Solvay Bank Box Office - located at 760 S. State Street, inside the arena lobby
- Online at Ticketmaster.com- locate the event and select "See Tickets"
Avoid unintentionally buying tickets from ticket resellers (i.e. sources who resell tickets at many times the face value). Here are a few simple BUYER BEWARE tips:
- If you are purchasing online, purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster.com ONLY. Our venue official website (oncenter.org) redirects to Ticketmaster.com when you click the "Buy Tickets" link.
- Tickets may be posted for resale on Ticketmaster.com. These resale tickets are guaranteed because they are verified by Ticketmaster’s system.
- If you see unusually high-priced tickets or tickets for sale on a website other than Ticketmaster.com, you are most likely buying from an unverified second-party ticket reseller. If you buy from a second party seller, we cannot guarantee the validity of the ticket and you risk being denied admission, refunds and/or exchanges if your ticket is found to be fraudulent.
- If you are still unsure of the validity of online ticket offers, please verify the offer with a representative of the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter (315-435-2121) before purchasing.
Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase valid tickets at the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter. Seating location and pricing will be based upon availability.
Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Tickets
Any lost or stolen ticket that was purchased online at Ticketmaster.com can be reprinted at our Box Office. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.
If you believe your ticket has been stolen, please contact our Box Office directly at 315-435-2121. We can replace your ticket with a new bar code and block the previous ones.
Mobile Tickets
We recommend downloading Mobile Tickets to your phone prior to arriving at the facility to make sure you can access your ticket upon entry. Screenshots of a ticket are not considered a valid ticket. Find out more information regarding Ticketmaster's SafeTix.

Pre-Sales
Presales are often offered through an artist, sponsor group, venue, and/or media group to allow subscribers to purchase tickets before the general on sale. To sign up for an artist fan club, visit the artist website for instructions.
Pre-sales give you the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public; they do not necessarily guarantee the best seats available.
