EWE Workshops & Conference

Featuring 38 Speakers and 35 sessions, the EWE program will kick off March 22 with full-day Workshops featuring deep dives on Fruit Wines & Mead, Fining & Filtration, and Fortified Wines.

The EWE Conference takes place over two days and will include 20 separate sessions in Enology, Viticulture and Money/Management. It takes place March 23-24.

Trade Show

The exhibit hall offers the opportunity to meet with suppliers, and see the equipment and goods you need. Visit the 2022 Floor Plan to see the current list of Exhibitors. We anticipate a sold out exhibit hall once again.

We’re all eager to get back to “normal life” and your health and safety are important to us. There is no crystal ball for Covid but know that we are monitoring the situation and will be taking our guidance from the appropriate governing authorities and public health officials. More details will be available as we get closer to March.

All performances/events hosted at The Oncenter will strictly adhere to the most current local and State COVID-19 guidelines as of the date of the event. This may necessitate seating setup and venue capacity modifications and could result in rescheduling of events.
