2022 CNY Women's Summit

The 2022 CNY Women's Summit is the first event of its kind in 2 years. Join Syracuse Women's Opportunity Center for networking followed by a thought provoking panel discussion on Tuesday, March 8^th 5-8 PM, in celebration of International Women's Day!

The purpose of this event is to celebrate, inspire, and connect local entrepreneurial women with regard to their business, professional lives, and achievements.

The event aims to facilitate this mission by providing an annual in-person platform for local female entrepreneurs to share experiences, ideas, and support for each other. These goals will be achieved through mingling, networking, and a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring local community leaders, professionally guided networking opportunities, and a dinner sourced by local women-owned businesses.

*All ticket sales are defined as a “recommended donation of $10” to Syracuse's local Vera House, Inc.

Syracuse Women's Opportunity Center's long-term vision is to create an inspiring and supportive professional community for women.

Panelists will be discussing enduring topics such as:

• your definition of success and how that plays into maintaining a healthy work-life balance
• making tough decisions in accordance to your career and your core values
• women in non-traditional roles/industries
• how to set and maintain your boundaries as a female leader in the work place
• how the COVID-19 Pandemic has effected your organization and what adjustments have you made
• have you ever felt like giving up on your career/dream and if so, how did you shake that feeling
